"Four straight walls were constructed so they met at points one metre in from the centre of the main wall on each side of the irregular rectangle of the gallery. Two one-hour long videos made from a train travelling along the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand were playing on monitors, one on each side of the constructed form. The videos showed the Pacific Ocean continually rolling onto the coast of the island, along with stations, tunnels etc along the way. The construction enclosed most of the gallery space, including its four pillars, leaving only the space of viewers visible." | |||||||||||||||
