| "...From the window end, the room makes a slash through the newspaper. Together, these slashes convert the entire room into an X, though it is never possible to see where each slash crosses the other. In the photographs, the slashes appeared to have straight edges. When looking at the work in the room itself, however, the slashes had curved edges, because the ends of the slash went to the edge of a viewer's field of vision." | ||||||||||||||
